Welcome to the NW Carving Academy's Registration Page.
NW Carving Academy's 2024 Sessions will be held July 8-12 in Ellensburg, WA

There are two ways you can register for the 2024 session:
1. You can download and print the registration form.
2. Complete the form by hand and send it via US Mail along with a personal check or money order made out to the NW Carving Academy for your deposit.
3. OR complete the form, scan it, and email it to us. Then send a personal check or money order made out to the NW Carving Academy for your deposit.

5. OR you can use the online system below to register and pay your tuition in full using PayPal.

Please indicate your first and second choices for your classes. If your first-choice class is full you will be placed in your second choice.

You can also request to be placed on a waiting list by checking the "wait list" box under your second choice.

You must include a deposit, or payment in full to secure your place in a class.

NW Carving Academy Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before April 8: Full refund of payment

Between April 9 and May 9: One-half refund of payment

After May 9: No refund or vouchers will be issued

Please understand that as of May 10 each year, the Academy contracts with teachers to guarantee them a minimum student count and payment.
